Supplier vetting & management

We find and vet suppliers for your category, from cables and chargers to cases and audio, then run the day-to-day: pricing, timelines and follow-up.

Contract manufacturing (OEM / ODM)

Your own design (OEM) or your spin on a factory design (ODM). We keep specs, branding and order details straight between your team and the factory.

Specs, samples & packaging

Materials, dimensions, connectors, compatibility and finishes, refined through sample rounds. Retail packaging gets spec’d right alongside the product.

Quality control & inspections

Inspections before, during and after production to catch problems while they’re still fixable. You get the findings. You make the call.

Compliance testing coordination

Think FCC for electronics, or UL and battery-safety standards for chargers and power banks. We line up accredited third-party labs and keep the paperwork organized. The labs do the testing and certification.
